Located near a major transportation hub, this hotel is convenient for exploring the city. Some rooms offer a view of the station but remain surprisingly quiet. Staff is welcoming and offers complimentary drinks upon arrival. Kids will enjoy a playground on the premises.

Soundproofing could be improved, making occasional street noise a disturbance during the night.

It was easily accessible by both train and bus, which made exploring the city a lot easier. the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations of local attractions. the room was comfortable and had a beautiful view. the highlight for my kids was the indoor playground.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of the hotel. the bath design was highly flawed as water leaked all over the floor, which made it a safety hazard, especially for young children.

Had a great time spending Christmas in Taichung! The decorations were beautiful, and the hotel is conveniently located near the market, which was lively and festive. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations on local attractions and providing complimentary drinks upon check-in. The room was sparkling clean and modern, and we were surprised to find a party lighting system in our room which added to the festive atmosphere.

The bathroom design was odd, with an awkward layout and no shower curtain, resulting in a wet floor after each shower. , the soundproofing could be improved as we heard occasional sirens and traffic noise during the night.

The breakfast was delicious and the hotel even had a playground for kids. I had an awesome experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
